UPDATE #1: I want to upgrade this post. Tim, a Manager, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know that he wanted me to be a happy customer. I think Tim felt great about his offer. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim if my employees treated people and supplied service how Stanley had done, I would have given my services away for free why not look here and done anything necessary to fix the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about how I'd been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It's truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its staff on client service and being good citizens.
