UPDATE #1: I want to update this post. Tim, a Manager, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know that he wanted me to become a happy customer. UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about the way I had been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It's actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its staff on customer support and being good citizens.
