UPDATE #1: I want to upgrade this post. Tim, a Director, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know he wanted me to become a happy customer. I think Tim felt good about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim if my employees treated people and supplied service the way Stanley had done, I would have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about the way I had been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It's actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on customer service and being good citizens.
