I think Tim felt good about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim if my workers treated people and provided service how Stanley had done, I would have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to fix the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about how I had been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It's actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its staff on customer service and being good citizens.
