UPDATE #1: I want to upgrade this post. Tim, a Director, from Stanley this post phone me this afternoon to let me know he wanted me to become a happy customer. Later, I explained that his support provider sprayed all around my bed, and also the items underneath my bed, charged me an outrageous price and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much larger than mine to get $135, he provided me support for 1/2 of everything I was charged ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt good about his deal. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim if my workers treated people and supplied service the way Stanley had done, I'd have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to fix the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about how I had been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It's actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its staff on client service and being good citizens.
