Later, I explained that his service provider piled all around my bed, and also the things underneath my bed, charged me an outrageous price and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much larger than mine for $135, he offered me support for 1/2 of everything I had been billed ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt great about his deal. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim when my workers treated people and supplied service the way Stanley had done, I would have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about the way I had been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It is actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its employees on client support and being good citizens.
