UPDATE #1: I want to upgrade this post. Tim, a go right here Manager, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know he wanted me to become a happy customer. After, I explained that his service supplier piled all around my bed, and also the things underneath my mattress, charged me an outrageous cost and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much bigger than mine to get $135, he offered me service for 1/2 of what I had been charged ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt great about his offer. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim if my employees treated people and supplied service how Stanley had done, I would have given away my services for free and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about the way I'd been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It's actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on customer service and being good citizens.
