I think Tim felt good about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim when my workers treated people and supplied service how Stanley had done, I would have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to fix the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about how I had been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It's actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its employees on client support and being good citizens.
