UPDATE #1: I want to update this post. Tim, a Manager, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know that he wanted me to become a happy customer. Later, I explained that his service provider sprayed all around my bed, and the items underneath my bed, billed me an outrageous cost and that they had been running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much larger than mine to get $135, he offered me service for 1/2 of everything I was billed ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt good about his deal. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim when my employees treated people and supplied service the way Stanley had done, I'd have given away my services free of charge and done anything necessary to correct the issue. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about the way I had been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It's actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its staff on client support and being good citizens.
